Over last 40 years, Milind has worked for various software companies. Having witnessed all the changing faces of HR and the industry transition from Personal Management to Talent Management, Leadership Management and Training, Milind brings with him immense qualitative experience and a keen understanding of human mind.
Milind’s mission echoes his belief of making people in an organization feel comfortable by aligning innovative HR policies and strategies. His lives by the adage, ‘Happy People Perform Better’! He also stresses the importance of care, compassion and a humane touch and works towards establishing them as organizational priority for the betterment of the workforce.
His primary responsibilities at e-Zest involve talent acquisition, engagement and development along with channelizing talent energy towards business objectives. He aims to work towards structuring processes for assessment and development of competencies. His focus lies in strengthening e-Zest’s culture that is based on ownership, learning, innovative thinking, value creation and zest for life.
Milind has a Degree in Human Resources and a Degree in Law.
