Account Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an Account Co-ordinator with 0-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Account blue-print and update internal databases with Account information
  • Co-ordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team
  • Conduct research on prospective clients
  • Manage project SOW, contracts, receivables, etc.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales support
  • Communicate customer feedback to Account Management Team and Project Development teams
  • Perform market and competitive research
  • Help create marketing collaterals (e.g. presentations, case studies, competency decks, etc.)
Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Experience with market research
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
