Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement
• Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern
• Presenting ideas and findings in meetings
• Training and coaching staff members
• Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs
• Developing projects and monitoring project performance
• Collaborating with users and stakeholders
• Working closely with senior management, partners, clients and technicians

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Computers, B.Sc in IT or similar course
• 6 years experience as a Business Analyst in complex software development projects
• Experience in agile software development teams
• Experience with Azure DevOps (TFS)
• Track record of successful projects from start to end
• Experience with requirements management tools like TopTeam
• Experience in role-based access controls, document management
