The client was looking for a business and technology consulting partner to implement a solution that would replace their existing Microsoft Excel-based pricing tool with SaaS-delivered web-based solution.

- The data spread across several systems over the years had to be looked into understood and simplified to build a web-based solution

- They needed a web-based solution that can standardize and automate pricing tool and generate MIS and BI (Business Intelligence) reports that was earlier done manually
- To address this, the e-Zest team added role-based access feature
- To consider the data security aspect was a challenge while delivering the solution

- Due to globally spread business, they needed to implement a web-based solution that meets worldwide strategic business goals of the company
- This needed a deeper understanding of different types of processes followed by various teams located across the world
- e-Zest successfully managed to integrate different processes which required them to know the various languages and currencies used in that geography and implemented the solution accordingly within the timelines
## Approach
For the mobile app development, we used a hybrid of both Waterfall and Agile methodology. It was important at the outset to clearly define the high-level functionality with all the users, so we first conducted a detailed discovery phase.
The design and development were done using an Agile approach to ensure rapid development and feedback cycles.
