# iOS App Migration Services to Support iOS 7

In continuation with past successes, Apple has now introduced the latest version of iOS i.e. iOS 7. The main focus this time too has been on having several versatile and equally robust changes. Along with an enhanced look and feel, it promises to give a remarkable user experience. This revolutionary change has already been marked as one of Apple’s largest leaps forward.
The new UI, now also commonly known as ‘flat UI’ is characterized by borderless buttons, translucent bars, full-screen layouts and much more… In addition some very interesting and innovative gestures are also combined with the UI changes to take the user experience to an altogether different level.
e-Zest, known for adapting the latest updates in technology and armed with an expert team, offers a swift and seamless migration to support the latest iOS 7 version for all the existing apps.
**Bridging the gap**
The most visible difference fixed is the translucent status bar that will help shift all the UI elements at an upper level by 20px. Also, all the UI elements have now changed to a flat mode. The visible changes almost always depends on how exactly the existing application has been developed. As is known, visible changes differ with all native, all custom or a mixed approach, wherein a developer combines a use of some native and a few custom UI elements.
However given the advantages, there is a chance that some UI elements may overlap with the status bar. In a bid to resolve this issue, we use the killer feature of Xcode 5 called as
“iOS 6/7 Deltas” Δx, Δy, ΔWidth & ΔHeight. This emerges from the need to understand the difference between the positions and sizes of a view in iOS 6 as compared to iOS 7. More so Apple has cerebrally designed the Xcode 5 in such a way, that it supports both iOS 6 and iOS 7 keeping in view the anticipated changes in iOS 7.
