Sales Director, Enterprise Services (United Kingdom)

The purpose of the role is to establish strategic business relationships with enterprises while generating new business, driving client satisfaction and maximizing revenue results. In this role, you will function as an integral part of the business development team while supporting all current go-to-market strategies from sales planning to execution. You will also gather market and competitor insights, own sales pipeline and targets, coordinate with offshore team for proposal development and work closely with lead generation team and CSO for achieving new enterprise sales target. The position is based in London, UK. We provide attractive base salary and incentives.

  • Be proficient in the representation of e-Zest’s value propositions to prospects and existing clients
  • Leverage and drive e-Zest’s sales process, collaborating in a team sales environment with support teams (marketing, pre-sales, delivery and account management, legal, finance) to effectively close new client deals
  • Make contact in different groups including product management and executives on client side
  • Identify all client needs and goals that can be served, and sell multi-year enterprise services deals
  • Build demand for new solution offerings, new service models
  • Strive for maximum profitability within each sales opportunity
  • Manage legal relationship (i.e. contract renewals, NDA, MSA, etc.) as appropriate
  • 10+ years of work experience as a sales leader in IT services industry
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling IT services to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, automotive and travel industry is preferred
  • Market experience in London / UK / Ireland
  • Proven communicator/presenter
  • BA/BS required; Masters preferred
  • A global mindset and the ability to function in a matrix environment, with multiple demands
  • Willingness to travel is a must
