Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in handling teams and experience in managing customer service/operations teams (US region).

  • Experience in managing customer service/operations teams (US region)
  • Should possess excellent communication skills required to interact with internal/external stakeholders and act the face of the organization
  • Should be well versed with Data Protection, PCI Zone working/compliance and all related security aspects of banking process
  • Deep knowledge and understanding on banking services and operations
  • Knowledge of KYC / KYB and related compliance and working closely with the internal security team
  • Experience in driving QA and act as coach/mentor for the team
  • End to End ownership of entire process and team performance
  • Should be quickly able to identify training needs and implement corrective measures
  • Act as point of escalation and should be able to effectively resolve escalated issues
  • Consistently maintain high team productivity and high C-Sat / NPS rating
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work from office in the US time zone
