Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with 3 to 6 years of experience in handling US Customers.

  • Hands-on experience with banking systems/applications and CRMs
  • Knowledge of KYC/KYB and related compliance
  • Should be able to quickly understand customer queries on calls and promptly respond
  • Should be able to handle large call volumes and efficiently resolve queries with minimum supervision
  • Provide top class customer service on every call
  • Objection handling and conversational ability is a must
  • Excellent communication skills in English, preferably trained in the US (voice and accent)
  • Experience in banking services (US region) mainly customer service
  • Work from office & US time zone
