# Customer Service Agent
Pune
- Customer Support

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with 3 to 6 years of experience in handling US Customers.
##### Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with banking systems/applications and CRMs
- Knowledge of KYC/KYB and related compliance
- Should be able to quickly understand customer queries on calls and promptly respond
- Should be able to handle large call volumes and efficiently resolve queries with minimum supervision
- Provide top class customer service on every call
- Objection handling and conversational ability is a must
##### Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, preferably trained in the US (voice and accent)
- Experience in banking services (US region) mainly customer service
- Work from office & US time zone
