## Our Belief
Diversity Equity and Inclusion are about creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential, regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other factor. We believe in creating opportunities for diverse voices to be heard and represented at every level of our organization. We recognize that creating a culture of inclusion and belonging is not a one-time event, but a journey that requires ongoing effort, reflection, and action. Our goal is to foster a culture that celebrates differences and recognizes the unique strengths of each individual.

Our DEI approach focuses on creating a culture of respect and inclusivity where everyone feels valued and supported.

To ensure that all employees understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how they can contribute to creating a more inclusive workplace.

To ensure that we review and revise our policies and practices and to ensure they are aligned with our DEI goals and promote equity and inclusion.
#### Create Employee Resource Groups
To ensure better collaboration and open communication, to oversee our DEI efforts, for underrepresented communities, and to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all the employees.
#### Recruitment and Hiring Practices
To attract and retain a varied range of talent and create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that benefits everyone in our organization.
## Our Commitment
We are committed to continuing our DEI efforts and creating a welcoming, inclusive, and empowering workplace for all our employees. We are proud of the progress we have made so far, but we also recognize that there is still much work to be done.
### Share Ideas
We are committed to creating an environment where all employees feel empowered to share their ideas and contribute to the growth of the company. To foster this we are conducting surveys, town-hall meetings, and multiple focus groups.
### Learn and Adapt
We encourage everyone to engage in conversation with people inside and outside of their team so they can broaden their horizons, learn something new every day, and move faster toward a better e-Zest.
### Listen to Suggestions
At e-Zest listening to our employees' suggestions and feedback is a critical part of our culture as we gain valuable insights into our overall efforts and it helps in creating a workplace that is more responsive to the needs and aspirations of our employees.
### Recognize Others
We encourage our managers and leaders and every member of the organization to recognize and celebrate diversity by acknowledging and appreciating the unique perspectives, skills, ideas, experiences and achievements that each employee brings to the table.

We are committed to bringing a change in our organization and in the world we live in and making it a better place for everyone. We are taking small steps at a time, like sharing new ideas, trying to learn something new, and recognizing people for their efforts.

We are committed to employing a diverse workforce and promoting more gender parity, more diverse leadership, and a range of age groups. Having a diverse workforce helps us to better understand our clients, promotes creativity and innovation, and fosters an inclusive culture.
## Life at e-Zest
### I have rejoined e-Zest after 5 years. I have always felt included and there is always a sense of belonging with e-Zestians. At e-Zest individuals’ skills and attitude is always valued over their religion, color, and orientation. Diversity is the one true thing we all have in common and we celebrate it each day.
