Doing business across the globe is a serious proposition. - e-Zest’s comprehensive security policy covers multiple levels of security- logical security, physical security, organizational and procedural security, thereby maximizing the benefits of Information Systems while minimizing the risks of offshore software outsourcing. e-Zest ensure conformance to standards laid down by International Standard ISO 17799 (Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification).
- e-Zest classifies Information Security into five broad categories: network security, information protection and customer privacy, physical security, personnel security and business continuity and disaster recovery.
- e-Zest has firewalls, anti-virus at various levels, encryption methodologies, authentication and access controls & Intrusion Detection System. Also has disabled CD/DVD ROM, USB drives and all other removable storage devices on PCs
- e-Zest has strict policies for not carrying digital electronics items, pens, paper, etc. in work areas and controlled access to e-mail and internet
- e-Zest has adopted extensive log monitoring, analysis and co-relation.
- e-Zest has facilities such as security guards, fire suppression systems, etc. in place
- Depending on client demand, e-Zest sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements,
- e-Zest conducts Background screening, information security education and regular training on IP protection to all its team members
- e-Zest has documented business continuity and disaster recovery plans
