Operations Agent

We are looking for an Operations Agent with 3-6 years of experience in handling banking services for US region.

  • Experience in handling banking services (US region)
  • Deep knowledge and understanding on banking operations
  • Hands-on experience on banking systems/application and CRMs
  • Support call centre activities and trouble shoot issues reported or quickly address tickets/incidents raised
  • Work on reporting activities and provide regular process updates to the customer service team and all relevant stakeholders
  • Experience in Socure, Alloy, and Middesk tools will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written/verbal English communication skills preferably trained in US (Voice & Accent)
  • Ability to work independently and work well within and across teams
  • Work from office & US time zone
