Ameet has over 26+ years of experience in the ITES industry. He has held leadership roles in Delivery, Training and Development as well as Sales across various industries. Ameet has been with e-Zest for the last 15 years and in this time has Headed two e-Zest partnered BPM Companies.
In his current role, Ameet is focused on service delivery for our Enterprise clients, key account management, BPM services and business development. Ameet is focused on the growth of our Digital Consulting Services through strategic delivery solutions. Ameet is a charismatic leader and a process specialist. He has a unique ability to extract the best out of the team members he works with and this has shown in the positive ‘Client First’ approach of the entire team. This has resulted in his teams getting the maximum score in the annual Client Feedback Survey for the last 5 years.
He is a musician and has been the vocalist for several known rock bands. He loves to play the tabla and is known for his quick wit around the office. Ameet is passionate about reading, learning and is a foodie to the core.
