The ticket allocation in the AWS based desktop application was done manually. Automatic data synchronization was an issue due to poor bandwidth in the isolated areas within the building. Faced with the limitations, the client envisioned to develop an automated mobile app with auto-sync data capability. To develop an iOS and Android mobile app, the client approached e-Zest.
After analyzing the critical aspects and compatibility of the application, e-Zest migrated the application from AWS to Microsoft Azure cloud owing to better support for auto-sync feature.
