This is a leading property management solutions provider having more than 1000 customers and 2000 buildings. Located in US, this leader delivers IT solutions to property managers and owners to manage properties and facilities. 

The ticket allocation in the AWS based desktop application was done manually. Automatic data synchronization was an issue due to poor bandwidth in the isolated areas within the building. Faced with the limitations, the client envisioned to develop an automated mobile app with auto-sync data capability. To develop an iOS and Android mobile app, the client approached e-Zest.

After analyzing the critical aspects and compatibility of the application, e-Zest migrated the application from AWS to Microsoft Azure cloud owing to better support for auto-sync feature. The newly developed application resulted into improved productivity by reducing the manual ticket allocation process and hence eventually saved lots of time.
