Manishi joined e-Zest in 2023 as the Director of Business Development, specializing in the US healthcare and life sciences markets. Her role encompasses market analysis, partnership cultivation, and strategic planning, where she excels in identifying opportunities, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring regulatory compliance for sustained growth and alignment with organizational goals.
Manishi holds a Ph.D. in Energy and Environmental Systems with a specialization in Chemical, Biological, and Bioengineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (2010-2014). Additionally, she served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, US, in 2017. Her academic journey includes a Master of Computer Application (2003), a Master of Science in Zoology focusing on Cell and Molecular Biology (2001), and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology (Hons.) (1999).
She has been a lead author of two international articles published in Applied Sciences by MDPI licensed by Basel, Switzerland. Certified by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and Division of Economic Development, US, she exhibits a rich foundation of expertise from participating in the NIH workshop. She has nearly two decades of diverse professional experience encompassing IT system administration, research in life sciences, and business roles in prominent companies like CISCO, Infosys BPM, and P & O Nedlloyd IT Services, Ltd.
In her leisure time, Manishi treasures family time with her delightful children and playful kittens. A passionate poet, she finds solace in verses, complementing her proficiency in astrology, numerology, and Reiki mastery, driving her quest for a brighter, harmonious world for all.
