We are looking for a dynamic, independent, self-motivated, target-oriented and go-getter Business Development Executive to help us build up our business activities. This Business Development Executive will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, pitching business propositions, negotiating deals and closing business. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our digital innovation services through email and phone, then we would like to talk to you. Ultimately, you will contribute to our rapid and sustainable growth by surpassing business expectations.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through social selling, cold calling, and networking
  • Set up meetings with prospects and listen to their requirements and concerns
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders to create a solution and business proposition for the prospects
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations on digital innovation services
  • Prepare sales and financial reports
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with CRM software. Thorough understanding of business development and negotiating techniques. Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Master’s degree in business administration. Relevant experience of at least 5 years in the IT services industry. Understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
