We are looking for a PBM Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure high client satisfaction rates, and deliver tailored PBM solutions. This role requires technical proficiency, operational knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to drive client success and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities & Benefits

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and address issues
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize PBM programs
  • Operational Support (40%)
  • Oversee the implementation and management of pharmacy benefit plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations
  • Technical Proficiency (20%)
  • Utilize PBM systems like RxClaim to streamline operations and process claims accurately
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
  • Support the sales team in client retention and growth initiatives

  • 5+ years of experience in PBM account management or a related role
  • Strong understanding of PBM operations and benefit plan design
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with PBM systems such as RxClaim
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare or PBM industry
  • Certification in account management or customer service
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for PBM services
